Kentucky Wounded Heroes Program

The KY Wounded Warriors Program is an independent operation of BMAC that
focuses attention and resources in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to benefit KY
Wounded Warriors. It is not affiliated with national wounded warrior projects or
foundations. BMAC is a 501(c)3 non-profit tax exempt educational organization
incorporated and operated in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (EIN 77-0595272);
it is a non-partisan civilian membership organization of patriotic individuals,
businesses, government entities, military service and Veterans support
organizations. The purpose of BMAC is to advocate for a strong national defense,
educate the public about the readiness and needs of the armed forces of the
U.S., and support its members, Veterans and their families.

We envision a generation of Wounded Warriors well-adjusted in mind, receiving support to overcome the challenges of readjustment. Through interactive programs, outdoor rehabilitative retreats, peer support, and professional services, warriors are given the tools to maintain healthy, meaningful relationships with family and friends, and pursue life goals without the barriers or stigmas associated with mental health issues.
