OVERALL LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Accurately assess patients for considerations of an opioid trial and set realistic goals for pain management.

2. Initiate opioid treatment safely while maximizing efficacy and minimizing risk.

3. Educate patients on safety of medication, misuse, abuse, and diversion.

4. Determine the primary care provider’s role in providing pain management options.

5. Assess the different pain management options to determine the appropriate therapy for each patient.

 

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@kcnpnm.org. Full refunds will be given for written cancellation requests on or before 14 days prior to program. No refunds 13 days prior to event. You may change to same event at another venue/date if space is available or take “store” credit for future events. You may also transfer your credit balance to another member provided their information is included in the cancellation request.
Event Cancellation: In the event KCNPNM should find it necessary to cancel or postpone an event for any reason then KCNPNM’s liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid to KCNPNM
